Creating a strategy for work life balance is similar to creating New Year's Resolutions. It is easy to write out the plan and even start working on the plan, but maintaining it becomes difficult. Work Life Balance is more like a fantasy for most working professionals than a reality. Oftentimes after repeated failed attemps it is merely something that is considered to be only for a chosen few and not something that everyone should aim for.
