Wishing alone is of no use; you must act as well. 17. An empty purse frightens away friends. When one's financial situation deteriorates, friends tend to disappear. 18. Unwillingness easily finds an excuse. A person who doesn't want to do something always finds a reason to avoid it. 25. You are never too old to learn. There is no wrong time to begin a right thing
