  7. 7. Halasana *Excellent for back pain and insomnia.
  8. 8. Salambhasana *Great exercise to stimulate the lumbar area, legs, and arms.
  9. 9. Ananda Balasana *This position is great for massaging the hip area
  10. 10. Setu Bandha Sarvangasana *This position calms the brain and heals tired legs.
