Think aboutlanguage, terminologyK.I.T – keep in touch- you need to manage all stakeholders andkeep them informedM.O.D - move on don’t dwell, it is easy to ‘rest’ especially after abig intensive exercise, but you need to keep on top of the nextbig /change
