4. 4. Generally the body under rest is considered as static body<br />By the Newton's first law body is said to be rest when the resultant force is zero<br />The forces are analyzed in required plane depending on the type of forces are acting on it<br />Static body mechanics<br />
5. 5. The body is considered as rigid body<br />The forces are said to act at the sharp point on the body<br />The deformation on the body due to force is neglected<br />Assumptions :<br />
6. 6. If the forces are acting respective X,Y,Z axes<br /> the equilibrium equation of forces are<br /> ∑Fx=0<br /> ∑Fy=0<br /> ∑Fz=0<br /> the turning effect about any axes is absorbed by the moment equations<br /> ∑Mx=0<br /> ∑My=0<br /> ∑Mz=0 <br />Equations of equilibrium:<br />

The static equation concept is very much useful for the analyze of structures<br />This concept is lead to specialized subject for the civil,mechanical,aeronautical engineers<br />The complex structures are analyzed by the virtual displacement method which mainly depend on these static equations<br />Uses:<br />
8. 8. These also called as kinematics or kinetics<br />If the subject is dealt with the force considered in the motion of body its called as kinetics of body<br />If the subject is dealt without considering forces then its called as kinematics<br />Mechanics of motion bodies<br />
9. 9. The kinematics of the body deals with motion of body with out observing the force acting on it <br />It is the base for the kinetics of the body<br />The equations mainly derived from the basic physics definitions<br /> eg., displacement ,velocity,acceleration etc<br />kinematics<br />

12. 12. THE MAJOR ERROR I HAVE OBSERVED IS ON BY USING THE DIFFERENTIAL FORMS. ITS BETTER TO ANALYZE THE KINEMATICS OF THE MOTION IN TERMS OF GRAPHS. ITS ADVISABLE TO USE VELOCITY-TIME,DISPLACEMENT –TIME,ACCELERATION-TIME GRAPH FOR FIDING THE SOLUTIONS<br />Note<br />

It also deals with the energy of the body<br />The main concept is conservation of the energy i.e., the energy cannot be created or destroyed its converted from one form to other <br /> E=constant<br /> E net mechanical energy<br />It also leads to other concept i.e., conservation of momentum depending on the friction losses and type of motion <br />
