Article Review: Learning Organizations
Learning organization is a manner of maintaining the innovativeness of an organization by gathering knowledge useful to the organization in order to remain competitive in the fast changing business arena. There four significant objectives of learning organization:
To build a kind of culture that both motivate and support a type of work setting wherein the employees are encouraged to augment their learning, develop critical thinking and persistently thinking of innovative concepts helpful to the organization.
Has the capability to understand shortcomings but still values the importance of the employee.
Able to learn from mistakes by evaluating past experiences which are crucial to the organization’s success.
Share and impart knowledge among the entire organization for the fast and well assured implementation of the organizational activities.
