  5. 5. It’s normal to experience a range of feelings (even in response to the same thing)
  6. 6. Our toolboxes will be unique to us We can always add new tools
  7. 7. We need to explore and practise new ideas when we’re feeling calm
  8. 8. It can help to write or draw them and carry them with us
  9. 9. Discuss in a group – one feeling per group Brainstorm on BIG paper Post-its on different walls for different feelings Write as many as you can in a minute Enable CYP to come up with their own ideas
  10. 10. Encourage them to write personalised lists Revisit regularly – discuss new feelings There are no wrong answers Work through the feelings CYP prioritise Enable CYP to come up with their own ideas
