  • I am very interested to see how public policy and politics are presented now that the Affordable Care Act is now law. At what point does Public Policy takeover the implementation of laws that the Legislature passed.

    Can public policy be undermined by the ongoing political climate of a an unpopular law that has been through every legal system of challenges recognized by the U.S. Constitution? I.E. elections, and U.S. Supreme Court Challenge.
