Paf Responsible Gaming Summit 2015: Gaming operators' best practices and new approaches. Hannu Rinkinen, Manager Corporate Social Responsibility, RAY

Hannu is 55 years old and has been working in different areas in RAY’s gambling business almost three decades. He has been working all over Finland as a croupier, sales manager, key account manager in marketing and project manager in IT processes. Since 2009 he has been working in RAY's Social Responsibility department as a manager. The purpose of Paf Responsible Gaming Summit is to increase awareness about responsible gaming by inviting the gaming industry and its stakeholders. We wish to have an open dialogue with gambling operators, partners, academics and decision makers to learn from each other and share best practices https://www.paf.com/rgsummit2015

• Weekly update / checking = all changes in addresses, custody and other reqs’ set to the
customership
• The Supervising authority has direct access to Gaming and Drawing data

4. Maximum daily loss, both slots machines –category and table games
against house –category, is 500 € / category
5. Transfers from bank account to gaming account cannot be made between
midnight and 6 am

After activation of any selfexclusion, RAY offers automatically: • Player can request a phone call. Call is made as soon as possible by national problem gambling helpline, Peluuri • Player can request a material package to players email.
