Monica has over 25 years of experience from the gaming industry. She has had different positions in Svenska Spel in departments such as International, Marketing and Communications.She was part of the work in setting up a joint company with lottery operations with Olifeja, the Lithuanian Gaming Company under her time in the International Dpt.Monica has been the head of the Business Intelligence Dpt for several years. Since two years she works within the CSR Dpt and responsible for CSR strategy and International relations. She is a member of the European Lotteries working group for Responsible Gaming. Monica has a Master Degree in Strategy. The purpose of Paf Responsible Gaming Summit, , is to increase awareness about responsible gaming by inviting the gaming industry and its stakeholders. - This background in the Swedish gaming market and that we really want to be healthy and sustainable and differentiate us. We have made a huge change on the responsibility side, which feels fantastic and is something I'm proud of. It's a matter of turning towards a more healthy and sustainable development. Of course, we will work on our revenues and, of course, we will be commercial. But it has to be healthy. We have gone from a strong sales focus to a distinct focus on responsibility. We will now continue on this way. Now, I will go into the Responsible gaming online and show you the platform for Responsible Gaming.

- My gambling habits In april we launched Playscan for all our players. Do you know what Playscan is? We can now follow our customers behavior and the player can keep track of the game and test his/her gaming habits. So far this year we have had 250.000 unique visitors in mobile and on internet. You can test your gambling habits – with a self-test. So far this year we have had 50.000 self-tests.
- If you play in a way that can lead to problems, you get a warning about the increased risk. Green means that you seem to have a good behavior on your game. Red or yellow can mean you start getting risky gambling habits. You also get tips on how to keep your gambling at a moderate level Recently we had an evalution from Dr Richard Woods that confirmed that Playscan is an effective tool to follow up gaming behavior. Playscan has a positive effect on risk-player. Players with increased risk and connected to the tool decreases their gambling! Similar behavior was also observed player with a high risk for developing gambling .

- Here is my gaming history for all games. I do not play so much. You can see that I’ve lost 300 sek and you can choose to see all games or poker or vlt. Here is an overview of poker regarding result and time. I’m not a frequent poker player …
- Take a break We have gathered all exclusions on the very same place
- In Svenska Spel, you can choose to take a break from all the games, or Poker and / or VLT. You can also choose how long (3 or 6 months - alternatively 1 or 3 years). Whatever you choose, you can Swedish Games Never start a paused game before the interval expires. In april this year we launched 24h break, it’s a panic buttom 24h break is an easy way to take a short from quick games as scratch tickets, bingo, som quick number games.
