SUMMARY <ul><li>PQ – intelligence of the body to instinctively nurture itself, to stay healthy </li></ul><ul><li>IQ – we use to analyze, reason, and think logically and rationally (academia) </li></ul><ul><li>EQ – we use to manage our emotions, </li></ul><ul><ul><li>to sense our own and other’s emotions (empathy), </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>to relate to others socially to achieve a certain goal, </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>to adapt to the situation. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>to motivate oneself </li></ul></ul>

SQ is… the intelligence we use <ul><li>to transform our world into a whole new order of being by finding meaning and purpose in whatever is arising, </li></ul><ul><li>to see the positive beyond appearances (faith), </li></ul><ul><li>to withhold judgments and accept unconditionally, </li></ul><ul><li>to be flexible and adaptable, </li></ul><ul><li>to sense our unity or one-ness with everyone and all things, </li></ul><ul><li>to become aware that we always have a choice during stressful moments . </li></ul>
  5. 5. PQ < IQ < EQ < SQ <ul><li>Which intelligence is more predictive of Success? </li></ul><ul><li>Which intelligence is possessed by computers? </li></ul><ul><li>By animals? </li></ul><ul><li>Possessed only by humans? </li></ul>

Anatomy of the EGO <ul><li>Need to make self right </li></ul><ul><li>Need to look good, be accepted </li></ul><ul><li>Need to blame </li></ul><ul><li>Need to give excuses </li></ul><ul><li>Need to DMC </li></ul><ul><li>Need to justify self; invalidate others </li></ul><ul><li>Need to attack (or to avenge) </li></ul>
  7. 7. The EGO <ul><li>Need to be defensive </li></ul><ul><li>Need to feel superior </li></ul><ul><li>Need to be dogmatic </li></ul><ul><li>Need to argue and blame </li></ul><ul><li>Need to be inflexible, intolerant </li></ul><ul><li>The sole purpose of the Ego is to survive </li></ul>
