  8. For 4 months, (1guy) coded 24-7
  9. 8 We released a Flash prototype
  10. 9 But it was ugly..........
  11. 10 Nobody really cared about it
  12. Life was tough, we were frugal
  13. 1st day = 3 paying users I’ll  start  my  subscrip0on  as  soon  as  you’re  ready  to   take  payments.  This  service  is  exactly  what  I  have   been  wai0ng  for. ~~  Stephen  B March 2012 Our first customers came!

  17. tTurned out to be Greatest validation point 2000 paying users in 1 month
