Question Tags <ul><li>1.The question tag in English is a phrase added to the main part of the sentence. </li></ul><ul><li>2.It invites the listener to confirm or give an opinion about the comment. </li></ul><ul><li>3 It is composed of two parts: </li></ul><ul><li>a. The auxiliary/ principal verb , in negative form or </li></ul><ul><li>affirmative if the principal verb is negative. </li></ul><ul><li>b. Pronoun, determined by the subject with a question </li></ul><ul><li>mark at the end. </li></ul>
