F orm <ul><li>Q uestions: </li></ul><ul><li>In the present continuous we use a present tense of be + verb + ing. </li></ul><ul><li>Are you washing the dishes? </li></ul><ul><li>Is Jim watching the news at the moment? </li></ul><ul><li>Note: Compared to a positive sentence the subject and ‘ be ’ have switched places. </li></ul>
