  • About He was born in 1978. He received BE, ME, and Ph.D degrees from Univ. of Tsukuba in 2001, 2003, and 2006. He was a researcher at Knowledge Creating Communication Research Center, National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT). He is currently belonging to Center for Global Communications(GLOCOM), International University of Japan. He is a member of IPSJ,IEICE and DBSJ (Database Society of Japan) IPAJ(Intellectual Property Association of Japan).
