Organization Chart of Hi-So Resort & Spa Hotel Our hotel includes 8 departments: Reception, Room Division, Porter, Restaurant, Accounting, Personnel, Marketing & Sales, and Engineering Department. And then GM is in overall charge of the hotel and the Resident Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the hotel. The receptionists have two operators under them, reservation clerks have two key clerks under them and head housekeeper is in charge of ten floor maids and five chambermaids.
