  • Social networking won’t bring you more business if you’re not attending to the basics. OPENER if you're engagement with your email is once a week, you're probably in the wrong place. First and foremost, answer your email with a max of 24 hours. The premise I am bringing to you today is that the web is inherently social by it's very nature. So we can start by reviewing what you should be doing as a social networked today and then move on to the new tools. Answer email sooner rather than later. Which means you need an email management system. If you have a web site, it needs to have current information or generic that’s not dated. Update it. It's frustrating to go to a site and see a promo for a sale that began 3 years ago.
