Quick Reference Guide: Complete a Self Review in the UltiPro Performance Management SystemProprietary & Confidential<br />Quick Reference Guide To Complete A Self Review In The Ultipro Performance Management SystemIf you have received an email notification to complete a review, follow the steps below to access the UltiPro Performance Management (UPM) system and complete a Self Review. Step 1: Access the UltiPro Performance Management Homepage1a. Accessthe LinkTo access the UltiPro Performance Management homepage go to: https://www3.intersourcing.com1b. Log InEnter your User name and Password and click Log in. The first time you log in, your default username will be (last name first initial) and the password is your date of birth in (MMDDYYYY) format. Change your default password and provide answers to the 3 security questions you are asked. 1c.Access Performance Management TabHover the cursor over the Talent Management tab and click Performance Management. This launches the UltiPro Performance Management homepage.Step 2: Complete the Review Section2a.Access an Incomplete Review Under the Reviews in Progress section, double-click on your name. 2b. Evaluation Form SectionsThe evaluation form consists of 5 sections, as shown below. The first step is to complete the Review section:2c.Competency & Behavioral IndicatorsLECG utilizes the following competencies and behavioral indicators, which have been integrated into the UltiPro Performance Management tool. The Review section consists of the competencies and related behavioral indicators shown above. In addition to the employee/evaluator completing the individual competency ratings, the employee/evaluator also has the ability to provide a rating for Specialized Knowledge and Skills. There are also 3 non-rated, performance related items where the employee/evaluator can add open-ended comments. These open-ended comment items include Work Performed, Accomplishments and Development Areas. Within each competency there are a number of associated behavioral indicators. For example, the Individual competency, shown below, has 3 associated behavioral indicators: Demonstrates Professionalism, Develops Self and Communicates Effectively.<br />2d.Assign a Competency Rating & Provide Behavioral Indicator CommentsEnsure that you have assigned a Competency Rating before you move on to the next competency.In addition to employee/evaluator rating each competency, the employee/evaluator also has the ability to add comments for each of the competency behavioral indicators by clicking on the icon that looks like a piece of paper to the right of the competency list.2e.Provide a Competency CommentTo provide an overall competency comment click under Employee Comments located on the right side of the screen as shown below:2f.Rate the Next CompetencyThe recommended approach for moving to the next competency is to click the blue arrow to the right of the competency list, which will save all text entered to this point and assure that you have not missed any competencies. You are also able to complete the next outstanding competency by selecting the Competency Name from the drop-down menu in the center of the screen.2g.Continue ProcessRepeat this process (steps 2d to 2f) for each competency and for related behaviors until the Review section is complete.The next step in the review process is to Set Objectives. You complete Objective setting by clicking Next Section located at the right of the page.<br />Step 3: Complete the Set Objectives Section3a.Add a New ObjectiveThe Set Objectives section of the review is where you and/or the evaluator create accomplishable goals about a specific objective for the following review year. To add a new objective click Add Objective. Enter the objective goal in the text box.Click Add Objective to finish adding the objectiveNote: Ensure that you select the Objective radio button.FieldDefinitionObjectiveEnter the objective goal in the text box.Link to CompetencyLink the objective to a competency.Start DateThe start date symbolizes the date that you created the objective and due by is when you expect to complete the objective. Adjust as necessary.% CompleteThis is the accomplishment estimate for the objective based on you and your evaluator’s perspective. Adjust if necessary. Action StepsThis represents the suggested or mandatory approach to accomplishing the objective. Include further commentary, if necessary.DocumentsThis link is an option to upload and include resources to your evaluation form.Note: To add a new objective repeat step 3aStep 4: Complete the Overall Summary and Ratings Section4a.Overall Ratings On the Overall Summary and Ratings section, you and your evaluator each have the opportunity to provide comments on overall performance.FieldDefinitionEmployee CommentsProvide comments on overall performance.To Do ListCheck the box next to Self Review Complete.Save & ExitClick Save & Exit to close the form.<br />4b.Outstanding Reviews DashboardOnce you have completed the actions required for the Review, the page will refresh to display the Outstanding Reviews dashboard, under the View Reviews section of the UPM homepage. You will see that the system displays the status of your review as With Evaluator. The evaluator will now need to complete the review.4c.The Review is CompleteThe next step in the Employee Review process is for the evaluator to complete the review. Once the evaluator has completed the review, the system generates and sends an email notification to you. The employee and evaluator will then conduct their face-to-face review meeting. Sign back into UPM and acknowledge the review that the evaluator has provided by navigating to the Overall Summary and Rating section. This completes the review process.<br />
