Fundamental Rights Article 19(g) to practice any profession & business, trade or occupation etc. which right is conferred upon every citizen of Bharat / India 3 For obtaining remedy from such violation of Fundamental Rights, aggrieved person can resort to following remedial constitutional provisions by operating legal process References Quote Constitutional Article 32 (1) Right to move Supreme Court by appropriate proceedings for enforcement of rights conferred by this Part is guaranteed. Constitutional Article 32(2) Supreme Court shall have power to issue directions or orders or writs, including writs in nature of habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto and certiorari, whichever may be appropriate, for enforcement of any of rights conferred by this Part.
