Elections each year – elected for a post and then paid 10 hours per week as an employee of the college. Involved in the work of the college via committees and voice of the student population as well. They also help support the staff at the union cover busy times help staff events etc etc.
Green agenda, (seed bombing) cycling and recycling, the big student switch off (Eco police) skills exchange bank etc.
All sorts going on: (external agencies) such as: stalls, info & external commercial. Free food vouchers for local pubs. Student survival packs, launch of the new student bar at the “Green Room” called Squeeze. Thursday 5 th . ( In the town)
