  • In closing, I ’d like to thank the Commission members for their service. I do believe all of you want the best for Menlo Park and its citizens. I also believe this project in its current form does not meet that test. It will be one of those problem projects – and every city has at least one or two of them – that will make people soon ask “Who approved this?” I hope you do not want to be remembered by it and find ways to get it changed.
