Over the past 15 years of working with CEO's in micro businesses and SME's I have become very aware of the challenge they have about building thier profiles online. Time is an issue of course, but critical to finding the time is the motivation to share knowledge. Intention, knowing what knowledge is helpful to others and having a mindset to help others unconditionally is a big topic. I have found myself studying Thought leadership to understand the blocks, motives and barriers to successful positioning in a sector or online community.
