We are looking for an exceptional Senior Consultant with Platform and Enterprise Architecture
knowledge, feature definition mobility experience, and a proven track record of successful engagement
management. Candidates should have demonstrated ability to architect solutions by mapping customer
business problems to end-to-end technology solutions. They should have experience in synergizing
and recommending functional and technical definitions across multiple integration points in SaaS and
mobility models, including client requirements, existing architecture (client, 3rd party, and Spring), and
manage as an all-up solution for customers. They should be the business and technical liaison for the
solution connecting Spring development, vendor development, and client needs. The individual should
have a passion for the customer that has been demonstrated through professionalism and striving for
excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
Candidates will demonstrate an expertise and focus in SaaS and Mobility models along with strong
project management experience. The candidate should have the ability to influence client and
Spring leadership to help support and enact a program of delivery and have a broad impact through
a customer-facing project perspective. This position will be providing both business and technical
guidance and solution mgmt to our customers and is expected to have a high degree of comfort
regarding competence and communication in both areas up to the C-Level Mgmt. A preference of

The candidate will use technical acumen, strategy consulting skills, business knowledge, processes,
measurements & tools to analyze issues and drive solutions to transform the client’s business. The
candidate will provide team leadership including vendors, as well as managing client relationships
in complex environments. The candidate should specialize in identifying the capabilities that are
required to execute business strategies and defining how operational models should be configured,
implemented, and continuously improved. The candidate will be required to provide clients with the
support needed to address the operational issues that are crucial to success.
The Role requires the candidate to have demonstrated skills in cross-group collaboration and
coordination. Demonstrate the ability to envision scope, estimate and manage large complex
architectures and projects. Demonstrate the ability to coordinate various objectives from multiple
internal organizations in an effort to drive value for our customers.
Travel is an integral part of this position as are high levels of recognition and visibility. Travel is based
on the demands and the needs of our customers and our business. Position location should be Dallas/
Ft. Worth based. US Citizenship is required. Minimum 3-5 Years experience required, with exceptional
candidates only within the lower band. Technical degrees (EE, Mathematics, CS, CE) given preference.
Graduate degrees preferred but not required. Work history of start-up environment and/or boutique
consulting preferred for culture fit but other environments considered based on strength of candidate
and work history.
