This document outlines a plan to teach Spanish in San Francisco. It discusses observing that many in the city don't speak Spanish, having the idea to teach it in a fun and simple way, and developing a $1 product to teach flirty Spanish words. It then details steps to create a prototype, test and tune the product, roll it out to market, validate the market, and ensure scalability. Results showed a 259% ROI, breaking even in the first hour, and clients from around the world. Feasibility of the plan is also discussed.
