Hello Leaders I've been asked to speak to you about the experience of working together on virtual teams. Before I begin, let’s get a sense of your experience on virtual teams. How many people here have collaborated on a virtual team? How many of you have collaborated with team members that you didn't previously know? How many collaborated on a virtual team with people who were affiliated with another organization? How many with team members who were in a different time zone? So, some of you have some experience with this. That's great! Lots of expertise already in the room! What I'd like to do is share with you just a few ideas and suggestions that might enhance the effectiveness of your team.
