Continued involvement will result in negative consequences.  Introduce Captain Tom Earnhardt, District Commander responsible for the area where your sell drugs  Encourage them to make good choices. 2 Capt. Tom Earnhardt (Introduce yourself, talk about your role & involvement in District 24 Commander (Southeast program – introduce Lt. Atkinson, Executive Officer) Raleigh)  Brief description of your role as District 24 (6-10 minute ) Commander  Explain law enforcement process & evidence of their drug dealing (show video of drug buys)  Explain the rules/agreements  Want them to make the right choice  Consequences if they continue with dealing or get involved with violence  Encourage them to make the right choice 3 Ned Mangum (Introduce yourself, talk about your role & involvement in Asst.
