Starting off
We provide an estimate on the level of service you require. You request our services on the terms set
out in our contract of service. We accept your request and our start up team will obtain and enter your
opening balances and will assist you to establish a routine of input and output of data.
Records in
Your source documents are either scanned or faxed and are transmitted via the internet to us or are
received by accessing your server by remote desktop connection and by accessing your bank (via
BankLink), credit card providers or ATO portals
Electronic filing
Once we receive your documents, we file them electronically and attach them to the relevant
transactions within your books in our secure Document Management System, where each Customer

gets a User Name and Password to login to their individual Account. You can then view each transaction
online. If you scan your source documents, they may be stored by you in your chosen format. Or if they
are faxed, they will be stored by us for your reference on our client website; you can either rely on the
electronic Document Management System (or even transfer electronic copies to yourself) so that you
may destroy your originals and save valuable space.
Data processing - timely and accurate
We ensure that your books are up to date at all times with full legislative compliance. A senior
accountant reviews the information who understands your requirements and issues instruction to our
team. Depending on the services you require, we can prepare payments for payroll and supplier
invoices. We can work on our computers and transmit the files using our file share system, or we will

How does BankLink work for you?
We use BankLink which is a powerful tool used by our Accountants to complete our clients’ bookwork
efficiently and accurately. BankLink works by collecting an electronic encrypted copy of your bank
statement data (of course once you have given permission) directly from your financial institution, and
delivering this under strict security measures straight to us. At no times does the Accountant or
BankLink have the authority or ability to change any details or transactions on your Bank Account. There
is no need to supply your PIN. BankLink is a totally separate system from Internet Banking and you will
still receive your printed bank statement from the Bank as usual.
Is my data secured? Are your services reliable?
We have high speed connectivity with cable connection for back up connectivity. This complements
secure, robust, encrypted data transfer between you and our office. We are also armed with firewall
and intrusion detection technology and 24 hour power supply with back up facilities in case of power
shortage. Backups of data are performed at our offices on a daily basis. Your data is only accessible by
you or your appointed staff or accountant.
