OPTIMISA RESEARCH is one of the
UK’s fast moving agencies with over 50
staff based in Leeds and London. They

years ago, Optimisa decided that it was

Our clients expected more in depth insight
with shorter turn-around times, and we could
see it would be hard to deliver that if we kept
things the way they were.
Since migrating to the Intellex platform,
the speed with which we can communicate
tracking results to our clients has increased
significantly. For one of our studies, we now
deliver over 60 PowerPoint reports, each
containing over 50 charts, within seven
days after the study comes out of field. This
means the Intellex DataDynamic Reporter in
combination with their PowerPoint Generator,
has made delivery of this study a streamlined
process. For another study we now create 370
PowerPoint reports per quarter, a feat that
would simply have been impossible before the
implementation of the Intellex software.
On top of the increased speed, we have seen
reduced error rates when producing all these
multiple level reports. Data queries are now
more efficiently managed due to the use of
one single data stream as opposed to multiple
streams for different levels. I’m pleased to
