France’s official Cheese Ambassador to the world, Gérard Poulard, returns to Pattaya for two memorable evenings, on 17th – 18th June 2014. And this time, the Cheese Master will brings even more of his amazing collection of France’s finest farmed cheeses from the best of France’s boutique producers, and The Beach Club Restaurant at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G will have the pleasure of welcoming him with his vast and delicious cheese selection two nights in a row, from 6:30 – 10:30 pm.
Gérard Poulard has become internationally renowned, since 1999, as the world’s expert to the enjoyment and presentation of the fine cheeses sought after by gourmet dining restaurants in over 22 countries around the world. In collaboration with his son Olivier, he has received an ever increasing list of prestigious awards for his knowledge regarding France’s most delectable exports, including The Order of Agricultural Merit, the Cordon Bleu France, and the Prosper Montagné from Quality House.
