Introducing Successful
Multi-Project Management



It goes without saying that software can only support an already
functioning project management arrangement. The introduction
of a multi-project management software requires a structured
approach. Before this initiation can be carried out, it is important
to examine the internal project management procedures. Our
experience shows that the following basic steps aid a successful
initiation.


Step 1
Develop an introductory concept
In collaboration with the decision-makers in your company, all
procedures that are relevant to project management should be
examined and anything that may have consequences for the
