Recommendations <ul><li>Government Aspect </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the amount of disable allowance plus salary which the working disable people granted are not less than $6,000 or CSSA </li></ul><ul><li>Implement disability insurance </li></ul><ul><li>Invest on developing of sheltered workshop </li></ul><ul><li>Encourage the employer from private sector or NPO to employ disability with agreed target by specific tax discount or fund subsidized. </li></ul>
