Gene Scheurer Chief Executive Officer Gene is a proven leader in the implementation of complex Healthcare IT projects throughout the U.S. In the past seven years, Gene has worked with some of the top healthcare providers to deliver flexible clinical application solutions, saving providers millions of dollars in implementation costs. He developed a business model that provided comprehensive training and implementation programs that ensures effective and timely execution at a fraction of the cost. Within this model, our process utilizes a national network of pre-qualified resources and established implementation processes to provide training and implementation services at an average 60% cost savings. Gene oversaw 40 simultaneous training and implementation programs while President and founder of CSI Tech.
