  2. 2. Introduction 2 In the present patent search we studied the most active technology fields based on patent publications since 2009 to September, 2014. The patent search is conducted in world-wide patent database PatentInspiration according to CPC patent classifications. CPC patent classification system covers over 250 000 technology fields and there are over 41 million patent documents published that are indexed with CPC technology classification codes. NB! This is an experimental search and it does not reflect 100% accurate results.
