A Bill of Lading (B/L) is a document issued by carrier which
details a shipment of merchandise and gives title of that
shipment to a specified party.
It is also a receipt for cargo accepted for transportation, and
must be presented for taking delivery at destination.

Non negotiable Bill of Lading
4. NEGOTIABLE BILL OF LADING
Negotiable Bill of Lading is the Original copy of Bill of lading
requires to release the cargo from the buyer’s side
3 copy of Master B/L needed to release the cargo
Original Bill of Lading.
5. NON-NEGOTIABLE BILL OF LADING
In Non-negotiable bill of lading there is no need for original
Bill of Lading
Consignee can submit the scan copy of Bill of Lading to
release the container.
