  2. 2.  There are varying views on graffiti and billboards  People generally do not approve of graffiti due to them being dirty and not giving useful information  They are usually sloppy and are visually polluting, due to most of them being unprofessional  However, in rare cases, professional graffiti does look beautiful and are aesthetically pleasing.
  3. 3.  Billboards, on the other hand, are usually very clean and meaningful, giving useful advertisements and messages, and so are legal.  They are attractive, crisp, and are very useful.  Them being legal and licensed makes way for a lot of professionalism for said things.  People generally approve of billboards due to this.
  4. 4.  Ultimately, people approve of billboards, due to them being tidy and aesthetically pleasing, and so are legal.  But they generally do not approve of billboards, due to them being dirty and useless, and so are illegal  Therefore the authorities are trying to prevent and punish people trying to or putting up graffiti.
