Replacement Units
Parkmerced is providing a one-for-one replacement of any existing garden apartment
to be demolished and prior to demolition:
- In brand new construction with at least the same bedroom & bathroom count and of similar
floor & storage areas, which based on average unit sizes
- Upgrades - each Replacement Unit will have a dishwasher, washer and dryer
- New homes will be a more efficient and comfortable, including improved accessibility
- Same lease terms and rent, except for location/address changes
- Same parking rights & parking rent
- Moving expenses covered, including packing
- No capital pass-throughs for new construction
This one-time relocation will be done as a block—so neighbors can stay neighbors.
