Hyperbola: 10.5 <ul><li>A hyperbola is a set of all points such that the difference between the distance from the foci is constant. </li></ul><ul><li>Foci are the two fixed points and lie on the transverse axis. </li></ul><ul><li>Transverse axis the segment connecting the vertices its midpoint is the center of the hyperbola. </li></ul><ul><li>Vertices are the two points at which the hyperbola turns. </li></ul><ul><li>Asymptotes are the lines the hyperbola never touches. </li></ul>
