Monitor uterine contraction as often as needed 7. Regular monitoring of amount and type of vaginal discharges (lochia) 8. Do give health teachings about breastfeeding and immunization of the baby 9. Assisting you on your personal hygiene specifically in perineal cleansing 10. Assisting you in the bowel and urine elimination 11. Giving you comfort from pain by providing cold packs, giving your medication on time as ordered 12. Respond to your needs promptly and accommodate your needs as possible 13. Assisting you in your meal time by having all your needs like glass of water and utensils needed. 14. Assist you in caring your baby 15. Giving you information about the warning signs of fever, breast sore, vaginal odor, increase blood pressure, sore sutures (If Post C-S), and abdominal cramps.
