Forgive me, I forgot to attach witness statements. I am most concerned with her saying she should
not have rented to faggots (she didn't know at the time) and then hitting him when she entered his
home illegally. In addition, it is not the job of the County Attorney to discourage you from seeking
relief by stating "you don't believe the citizens complaining" because you know the accused. The
County Attorney should have IMMEDIATELY declared a conflict and called a prosecutor
from Leslie County to handle all aspects of this case, even her arrangement today. But
because he is her personal attorney and the police apparently do whatever she says to do, regardless
if it is legal, no local official will help them. You will discover as you investigate this case that the
corruption, unethical behavior, and abuse of power is much worse than we have made public. Local
officials and attorneys have already threatened me for getting involved.
I read the papers and I don't have to tell the U.S. Department of Justice that Clay County is one of
the most corrupt counties in the Commonwealth, second only maybe to Knott County in terms of
public corruption. But, the press release also speaks for itself and so does his complaint and the
witness statements.
I'm sure your office (U.S. Attorney) is no doubt aware of the public corruption with the
Judge/Executive in Clay County. Kentucky Equality Federation and the Federation Alliance also has a
case of public corruption, unethical behavior (from the Office of County Attorney, Clay Bishop), and a
Manchester City Council Member, Esther Thompson whose personal legal representation is the
County Attorney, Clay Bishop.
