A job seeker can effectively use this opportunity to convey his skills and capabilities, and also how he differs from others. In fact, interview is the only means through which one can convey his skills, gain recognition and draw the attention of the employer. So one has to carefully plan and prepare before attending an interview. Your goal should not limit to just providing an apt answer to the employer’s question, but should be filled with energy and enthusiasm. Also pay attention to several other factors such as attitude, attire, body language, punctuality, patience and honesty which count a lot in an interview. With strategic planning and right attitude, it is not that hard to pass through an interview and get a right job.
