Precinct Solution Signup

  1. 1. Welcome to the Precinct Solution Neighborhood! This online “neighborhood” is provided for you to network with others who are committed to restoring this nation to its constitutional form of limited government. This is accomplished as “we the people” once again become engaged in the political process. Click on the message to join!
  2. 2. You first will be asked for some basic registration information. For your name, you can use your full name or simply your first name. Your username and password are what you will use to re-enter the site when you return. The email address is where the verification email will be sent. The terms and conditions simply give you guidelines for site etiquette
  3. 3. Next, you will be asked for some basic information. This information will be in your on-line Profile . Nearly all fields are optional. However, the more information you provide, the better your networking experience will be. Choose your membership type, Member, Precinct State Volunteer, or Precinct County Volunteer. This type can be changed within your profile at a later date. Also, you may add a short bio about yourself.
  4. 4. Finally, enter the contact information that you wish to make available for others in the community. Please be certain to select your state in the drop down list. Other members can search for you and you can search for other members by State, County and Zip Code. This is important as you develop your network! You have the option to enter a personal web site or blog as well.
  5. 5. You will be given the opportunity to upload a picture of yourself from your computer. All pictures must be appropriate. If you choose, you can skip this step and add a picture later or not at all. A default image will be displayed. After this step you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to verify the registration process which will complete your registration. Next – Log in and learn the system!
  6. 6. Upon entering the site, you will be presented with your profile page which will have a series of tabs along the top. The Home page gives you a summary of members and posted videos. Your Profile page is where you can add/change the information you wish to make available to the community. The Friends page will list those people whom you have become friends with. You can search for friends, make invitations and approve requests. Generally these will be people in your state and county.
  7. 7. Applications are plugins that you can be added to expand the functionality of your page. Check here occasionally for additions. The Inbox is where you will send and receive private messages within the community. It allows communication without using email addresses.
  8. 8. The Neighborhood tabs are the most important tabs in the site. The first thing you should do is click on Build My Neighborhood . 1. Add the National Group to your neighborhood by clicking on Add National Group and select “ Join Group. ”
  9. 9. 2. Add your State Group to your neighborhood by clicking on Add State Group. Then and select “Join Group”
  10. 10. Select “ Search. ” Clicking this will allow you to search for your State Group.
  11. 11. For example, enter “ Nevada .” All groups within the state of Nevada will display. Click on “ Nevada State Group .”
  12. 12. Click on the “ Join Group ” tab. Congratulations! You are now a member of both your State and National group. Once a member, you be able to quickly find Announcements, join Discussions, and post comments to the Wall. You will also be able to find other members of your state and invite them to become friends. This will begin to help you network with those in your state and county!
  13. 13. Finally, you can add your county group to your neighborhood. If there is not a county group already present, you can add a county group using the name “County, State.” For example “Douglas County, Colorado.”
  14. 14. You are now set! When returning to the neighborhood, you can easily go to “My Neighborhood” and see a list of the groups you joined to build your neighborhood. This will make it easy to quickly get and contribute new information.
  15. 15. Now, a few helpful tips for finding others in your “neighborhood.” On your Profile page, you will see that under your Contact Information , the fields are highlighted in red. Clicking these fields automatically searches for other members that match these fields. For example, clicking on your Zip code will display other members who live in your zip code. Clicking on your State , City and County produce the same results! This is how you build your network quickly! Ask these people to become friends and start helping each other immediately!
  16. 16. The Advanced Search feature (found on your Home page) is another tool to allow you to search for other members by the fields in their profile.
  17. 17. This tool will allow you to quickly find others in your area. You can select by State and County simultaneously and it will list all members that match.
  18. 18. Finally, above the neighborhood pages, there is a menu with additional tabs. The Neighborhood Home tab simply takes you from anywhere in the neighborhood, back to your home page. The Neighborhood Training tab takes you to a page where you will find training (like the one you are using now) on various aspects of moving around and using the neighborhood to your advantage. Check this area occasionally, as new lessons will be posted.
  19. 19. The Library is simply that – a neighborhood library where you can find documents and links to articles that will help you to become an effective PC, as well as to help you gain a full understanding of why it is so important that people get involved in restoring Constitutional government to this land! The Precinct Home tab will take you to the main site’s home page – Precinct Power.
  20. 20. Enjoy the neighborhood! Thank you for your willingness to participate in this all important process. Remember, we are here to serve you as you serve your country!
