1.在Excel整理好的e-mail,
複製到Outlook Express通訊錄所匯出的CSV檔,
儲存或關閉CSV檔時,會一再請您確認,你要選[是]。
2.在Excel中,按[End]鍵再按方向健,會朝此方向,
移到有資料與空白儲存格的交界(有資料處)。
若大量e-mail皆放在A欄,A1儲存格開始,依續往下放,
1個儲存格獨立1個e-mail,中間沒有間斷(空白儲存格),
因此在A欄的A1儲存格,按[End]鍵,再按[↓]鍵,
便移到A欄最後一筆資料e-mail處。
若要選取A欄所有的e-mail,最快的方式是:
先移到e-mail的頭(第一筆,A1),
按[Shift]+[End]鍵+[↓],便跳到最後一筆e-mail,
同時選取(加Shift鍵表示連續選取)
