Neemrana is an ancient town located 90km from Gurgaon in Rajasthan, known for its 14th century hill fort that was once ruled by the Chauhan dynasty. The most famous tourist attraction is Neemrana Fort, built in 1464 AD, which was once the third capital under Prithviraj Chauhan III. The fort became a heritage resort and still exhibits the past glory and grandeur of royal rule. The area is also home to several educational institutions like St. Margaret Engineering College and NIIT University.
