Live Tweeting Lessons Learned• Staffing: Having a crew of 2-3 people at the auditions lead to more high quality content.•Hashtag Promotion: When the hashtag was announced by the emcee and included on printed materials there were more mentions.• Pictures & Video: Multimedia tweets were more retweeted than text-only updates.• Behind The Scenes: Content that gave followers a behind the scenes look at the audition process was more popular.• Trending: Even trending locally in non-major cities is difficult. We only succeeded in Miami.• Targeted Following: Following users that were using the local XF hashtags resulted in fast, relevant account growth. Proprietary & Confidential
