  2. 2. Extreme Long Shot <ul><li>This is a shot that has been taken from a long way away. This is used for setting the big picture of where the movie is set. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Long Shot <ul><li>This is a shot of a person and most of the closer surroundings behind them. This technique sets the exact area of where you are filming. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Medium Shot <ul><li>This usually has someone from their knee height up and is used when people are chatting between each other </li></ul>
  5. 5. Close up <ul><li>This focuses just on the persons face or a particular piece of scenery that is needed to be shown to the audience. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Extreme Close Up <ul><li>This is used for getting in really close. For looking at possibly just the persons smile, or just a very small object that is hard to see with just your eyes. </li></ul>
