  1. 1. MANUAL  OF  VISUAL  IDENTITY
  2. 2. PRESENTATION    This  manual  represents,  documents,  and  standardizes  the  use  of  the  visual   idenEty.      It  is  fundamental  to  respect  all  the  basic  criteria  of  use  that  is  established   herein,  in  all  forms  of  media,  always  maintaining  the  standard  units,  legibility,  and   features.
  3. 3. TRADE  MARK  LOGO   A  simple  logo  that  uses  non-‐serif  fonts  to  convey  stability  and  security,  the   symbol  shows  a  clock  that  reads  8am,  the  beginning  of  the  word  day    of   most  naEonal  companies.
  4. 4. COLORS     The  colored  version  is  the  first  and  most  prevalent  selecEon.       It  was  created  to  imbue  all  possibiliEes  of  color  prinEng.  It  must  always  be  used  in   condiEons  of  reproducEon  and  favorable  visualizaEon  of  quality.
  5. 5. TYPOGRAPHY     The  typographic  family  chosen  for  the  visual  idenEty  was,  HevelEcaNeue,  a   modern  typography,  of  good  legibility  and  with  a  variety  of  thickness.  UElized   for  the  company’s  communicaEon  (  eg.  Ads,  flyers,  annual  reports,  etc.).   HelveticaNeue LT 55 Roman ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz 01234567891
  6. 6. CROMATIC  VERSIONS   The  use  of  the  negaEve  version  is  allowed  on  excepcional  cases,  counEng    with  the   best  judgement  to  avoid  the  lost  of  trade  mark  idenEty.  It’s  only  indicated  with   backgrounds  of  similar  colors  used  in  the  standard  version,  which  allows  a  good   contrast  and  reading.  It  also  can  be  use  under  a  black  and  white  background,  when   the  trade  mark  cannot  be  reproduced  in  colors.     Only  in  cases  where  the  colored  logo  aplicaEon  is  unfeasible,  or  because  of  costs   limitaEons  or  because  of  the  reproducEon  proccess,  its  possible  to  choose  the  black   and  white  version..     The  converEon  to  white  and  black  must  not  be  done  from  the  standard  version.
  7. 7. USE  OVER  BACKGROUNDS     While  using  the  trade  mark  RIGHT  ON  TIME  over  backgrounds  be  careful  to  not   affect  the  way  it  reads.   Preference  must  be  given  to  the  colored  trade  mark  over  a  white  background.   The  logo  can  be  used  directly  over  images,  since  its  legibility  will  be  preserved.   When  photography  does  not  allow  good  visualizaEon,  use  an  area  or  a  white  box   that  obeys  the  non-‐interference  rules  or  that  allows  a  negaEve  version  to  be   applied,  always  being  careful  with  the  contrast.
  8. 8. Do  not  use  the  colored  logo  directly  over     a  photography  background   that  would  impair  the  visualizaEon     Do  not  untwist  the  logo   Do  not  change  the  colors     Do  not  use  the  colored  logo  over  a   background  that  does  not  allow   good  visibility.       Do  not  change  the  aligment  of  the   elements       Do  not  change  the  proporEon  of   elements         WRONG  USAGE
  9. 9. FINAL  CONSIDERATIONS     It  is  important  to  understand  that  the  percepEon  of  a  clear  idenEty  by  the   receptor  is  necessary.  Always  have  the  basic  rules  of  applicaEon  in  mind  while   creaEng  anything  that  contains  your  trade.    High  Quality  is  indispensable  with   your  logo  reproducEon  and  in  your  idenEty  preservaEon.  So,  it’s  necessary  to   reproduce  the  trade  mark  from  the  graphic  digital  file  provided.  ReproducEons   with  already  printed  signatures  are  not  acceptable,  cause  it  can  cause   distorEon.   Any  interpretaEon  or  interference  over  the  trade  mark  –  not  depending  on  the   creaEve  level  –  will  interfere  in  the  trade  mark  reading,  causing  occurrence   that  may  disturb  the  percepEon  of  the  visual  idenEty.       To  consult  about  trade  mark    usage  not  cited  in  this  manual,  please  contact  the   OobDik  Team,  responsible  for  the  creaEon  of  the  visual  idenEty.
