The project chat protocol  Duration: around 60 minutes  A facilitator has been chosen beforehanded 1. Check in (10 minutes)  You share how you are doing. o No interference by others. o No dialogue. 2. Intention statement by the facilitator (10-20 minutes)  What is the topic the facilitator wants to address?  What is the facilitator’s intention?  Introduction (f.i. watching a video) o No interference by others. o No dialogue. 3. Stillness (3 minutes)  You reflect on the introduction in silence. o You let images, feelings and body sensations come up. 4.
