It will also help you to work withyour customers.Our weight loss program consists of three major elements: Our nutrition and weight loss products which have proved their effectiveness around the world in the last 30 years. The basic weight loss program is: o Healthy breakfast: Aloe Vera drink, Formula 1 shake and Thermojetics beverage o During the day replace your regular meals with 2-3 shakes and drink 1.5 l of Thermojetics beverage (1-2 teaspoonfuls per 1.5 l of water) One regular meal during the day at lunch or dinner. Consult your coach as to which products should be included into your regular meals and which should better be avoided. Work with your coach. Working with the coach is a key element of the long term success in losing and controlling weight. Be in constant touch with your sponsor and follow his/her recommendations diligently.HOMEWORK: TASK DATE Discuss your weight loss program with your coach (sponsor) Order products from the Company Ask your coach for recommendations on regular food Get the Glycemic index chart and use it for proper food choices Register your "Before" condition: weight, measures, general well being (see steps 15, 16) Take your picture before starting the program12 20 STEPS

  13. 13. STEP 7. WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM: HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS Calculate the length of the weight loss program based on the average loss of 3 kilos a month. Be patient: extra weight is accumulated during the span of dozens of years and we cant just lose it in a couple of weeks. Our program is aimed at improving nutrition, and weight loss is a result of good nutrition. Good nutrition is not an attack on extra weight; its a life long project. Start with healthy breakfast Bring the daily protein intake to 1.2-1.5 g per kilo of your weight. Half of this amount should come from our shakes (Formula 1 + protein powder) 2-3 shakes a day + one meal is the foundation of the weight loss program Dont make big intervals (more than 3 hours) between meals, shakes or snacks (a snack is our protein bar, an apple, a salad or a shake). This will help you to avoid hunger bouts and overeating at the next meal Prepare 1.5 l of Thermojetics beverage and drink it by 6.00 pm. You need to drink approximately 30 ml of water per kilo of your weight. Avoid sweet drinks, sodas and juices Say “no” to or reduce simple carbs: wheat-, corn-, rice- and potato- based products. Say “no” to sweets For a regular meal chose lean meat or fish, vegetables and soups. Avoid frying food, especially breading. Cook steamed diet foods instead (in a steamer or pressure cooker), bake food in the oven or grill. Themore often you are in touch with him/her, the less mistakes you will be making along the wayand the faster you will be moving towards the goals youve set. At the beginning we recommendbeing in touch with your sponsor 2-6 times a week, depending on your goals.Join your sponsor’s business system. It could be one-on-one training, Nutrition Club, WeightLoss Challenge, or training via Internet or phone. The reason behind it is an international character of our Company and the need totake account of the distributor activities and royalty pay-outs in different countries.The more VP does the distributor accumulate during a given month, the higher is his discount,and consequently, his retail profit (when selling products to the end consumer).Customers (end consumers) pay full customer price for the products, as seen from the pricelist.Distributors purchase products at 25-42% discount depending on the VP accumulated in thegiven month or their status in the Company. Let’s define our goals and plan our actions accordingly.Variants of goals – chose the appropriate ones: For yourself: improve nutrition, lose weight, feel better. It’s really very simple: work with your coach and follow his/her instructions For your family: study nutrition-related issues and help your family and friends. Join a Weight Loss Challenge and Success University. With the help of your coach (sponsor) chose good nutrition programs for your family members «Finance» your program. With 35-42% discount, you will be able to finance your own program if you have 3-5 customers at full customer price. Make a list of acquaintances and think who else might need to learn about our program. Discuss your list of acquaintances with your sponsor and develop a plan of action. Become a Wellness/Nutrition coach and start earning money in your spare time. Wellness coach is an occupation which needs to be mastered like any other. Your sponsor will help you to develop a plan of action to build and service your customer base. More satisfied customers mean more money. Working in your spare time, you can earn up to $1,500.
