Today I have finished my 30 day trial of this exercise and I am sharing the insights with you since my life has transformed  Purpose : Investing your time (create) in something (Material or Moment)which outlasts your life time. 3 Pre Conditions :  1) No existence of Weekdays & Weekends 2) Everyday has 86400 Seconds non refundable 3) Avoid Mobile or Other Distractions Theory :  To be done in the same order because you are the priority 1) 8  hours of Sleep : Researches have shown above is the maximum you require everyday. 2) 6 hours for Yourself : This time is given to grow yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.Read, Dance, Exercise, Play, Meditate, Sing etc. Let your alter EGO, Inner child or Artist decide what to do 3) 6 hours for your Goal : Making money or doing the hard task with full focus. If you cross this its just time pass.Human efficiency is maximum for 6 hours. 4) 4 Hour for 5% : 5% tasks are those unimportant tasks like travelling, toilet, phone calls & emails,Overthinking any other useless task which does not come under the above 2 slots. 3 Reasons why this is IMPORTANT 1) Stress : Neglecting Yourself Spiritually, Physically or Emotionally leads to this. 2) Value per hour : Even the mailman works hard that doesn't mean he is rich. You have 6 hours everyday to decide whether you will do work which gives value of $10 per hour or $100 per hour. You decide your Time investment. 3) Life Profit : Life is not about becoming a Billionaire but to have billion dollar experiences.
