  21. 21. REOLYSIN®: Enhancing Immune Response REOLYSIN® acts as a selective cytotoxin – killing the tumour cells in which it replicates We now know that administration of REOLYSIN® also: Causes the immune system to recognize and kill tumour cells as well Causes up-regulation of PD-1 and PD-L1 21
